New Clients and Availability

I am currently accepting new clients and have some availability Monday through Wednesday from 8:30am to 7:00pm. I also have availability for telehealth on Thursdays.

Session Length

Sessions are generally 50 minutes long. Longer sessions are available per request and are dependent on availability. The frequency of sessions is typically on a weekly basis, but can be scheduled as often as the client wants.

Session Fees

Session fees vary, $125 for individual adults and teens, and $150 for couples and families.

Payments and Insurance

The full session fee is collected at the time of service via cash, credit card, or debit card. Venmo is also an option. While I don't accept insurance, I am happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Areas I Serve

My office is located at Alice Rodriguez Counseling, a private practice in El Dorado Hills. I serve clients in the Greater Sacramento Area—El Dorado Hills, Folsom, Granite Bay, Carmichael, Orangevale, Rancho Cordova, Sacramento, Cameron Park, Shingle Springs, Diamond Springs, Placerville, Rocklin, and Roseville. I also offer teletherapy sessions to clients residing anywhere in the state of California.

First Session

My goal here, first and foremost, is to make you feel comfortable and safe because this first session is a big step for you! You can expect it to be spent getting to know you and gathering information about your reasons for starting therapy, family/relational history, therapy goals, and whatever you want to share in this initial meeting. You also need to remember this is FOR YOU, and I want you to feel like I can be a partner in your change. If we are not clicking after a few sessions, please let me know and I can provide other therapist referrals to you.
